Recently Supercell released another big Clash Royaleupdate in November, and along with it confirmed four new cards. Now that the latest changes are live, here’s what players need to know. As well as what to expect from the all-new Electro-wizard Legendary.

Since being released in March Clash Royale hasn’t slowed down once. Continuously being one of the most popular mobile games, ahead of Pokemon GO, and receiving new content every month. The update already arrived and new cards will be released every two weeks. The next update will be November 25th with a new card and challenge.

On October 20th a huge set of game balancing changes arrived to fix the Giant and Poison decks. Not to mention even things out after too many changes from earlier months. However, now it looks like the developers at Supercell have a few more tricks and changes up their sleeve.

This update is an actual software update on the Google Play Store or iTunes app store, rather than just behind the scenes. It was released on November 1st so all players should have it, as it’s required to play. Read on for more information on the four new cards. Including leaked gameplay and full details.

In October Supercell calmed down overpowered Giant and Poison decks, changed the log, and boosted the Skeleton Army. Then made Elixir collectors more of a gamble by making them more expensive. We also received new troops and spells to change up gameplay. If that wasn’t enough, here’s what changed on the 1st.

Clash Royale November Update & Changes

Ice Spirit: Freeze duration decreased to 1.5sec (from 2sec)
– Currently highly used at the top, Ice Spirit offers a bit too much stopping power for 1 Elixir.

Ice Golem: Death Damage increased by 74%
– This change ensures that Ice Golem’s Death Damage kills Skeletons (at the Tournament Rules card levels).

Rage: Effect increased to 35% (from 30%)
– Rage can be a really fun and impactful spell when it makes an appearance in the Arena, but currently it isn’t seeing much usage. Increasing the effect should make it a more compelling choice.

Lumberjack: Rage effect increased to 35% (from 30%)
– For consistency with the Rage spell changes above.

Inferno Tower: Hitpoints decreased by 6%
– Inferno Tower is currently one of the top defensive choices and as a result the “big guys” (Golem, etc.) become less appealing to use. Additionally, it can sometimes be hard to efficiently remove from the Arena, so we’re aiming to remedy both of these things with a small Hitpoint reduction.

Above gamers can see some of the recent changes. Important ones are the weaker Inferno Tower, making Rage more useful, and the Ice Golem death damage enough to kill Skeletons and other small troops. Then we have a bunch of brand new content.

That said, users should be excited about four new cards, changes to friendly battles, a fix for cheaters and a whole new set of challenges. These will be Special Event Challenges. The King’s Cup has ended, but another special event is coming soon. On November 25th the Elite Barbarians will be released, and at the same time a “Double Elixir Challenge” will begin. We’re not sure what that means yet, but we’re assuming Elixir will be doubled. That means the 1:00 minute mark will have 4x elixir. Crazy.

The first card is 3 Elixir and is a Tornado that hurts ground or air, and pulls the troop to the center of the Tornado. It is already available. Next up will be the Elite Barbarians on November 25th. It’s two stronger barbarians that are as fast as the Lumberjack. They will be a deadly duo. However, I’m more excited about the Electro Wizard Legendary. He deals damage slowly, but shoots two electric charges that stuns the target. Check out a leaked video below showing gameplay of all four new cards.

This update also made friendly battles evenly matched. Everyone in the clan (no matter how high or low) will have matching strength cards. Allowing for better friendly battles rather than outmatched opponents. Also, spectators can’t see Elixir bar to prevent cheating. Supercell now allows card requests for donations every 7 hours, instead of every 8 hours.

Over the past two months Supercell has added four new cards to Clash Royale, and now four more are coming. The Tornado unlocked on November 11th, next is the Elite Barbarians on the 25th. Then the next one is December 9th. That, along with the changes mentioned above should add a refreshing change of pace and once again mix things up to keep the gameplay as exciting and challenging as possible. Expect another balancing update in December or around November 25th.
